Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally to all countries across the world. How long does it take for an order to arrive? This depends on the product ordered. When you complete your purchase, you will receive an email containing the shipping time frames to your property based off your country of origin. Please use this table as a reference for Shipping to your Country. Please keep in mind, that processing can take 1-5 business days. In most instances, we ship the next business day.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us. Please note not all countries are eligible currently for tracking, but we do our best with our suppliers to get this for your country. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

 

Most orders ship within 5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 48 hours on business days, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

All items will be send by DHL, UPS, FedEX, EMS, TNT,E-Packet or ARAMEX Express.
On average, a package can take 14-25 days to arrive from date of shipment.

  • WE SHIP OUT MONDAY TO FRIDAY. SATURDAY AND SUNDAY THE FACTORY IS CLOSE. ORDERS PLACED SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WILL START OUR  ABOVE MENTIONED PROCCES ON MONDAY AND SHIPPED OUT ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROCESS.
  • The courier with try 3 attempts to deliver your order in case it is failed the package will be destroyed. Platinum Rewards is NOT responsible and the customer has full responsibility if the package cant be delivered and get destroyed
